Note to all bidders: This Addendum No. 1, dated January 04, 2021, modifies the original Bid Documents dated December 11, 2021. Where this Addendum modifies, changes, corrects or conflicts with the original Contract Documents (Plans and Specifications) of the referenced Project, this Addendum shall govern and have precedence. Where no modification, change or conflict occurs, the original documents dated December 11, 2020.

A. Owner will receive sealed bid until the time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the instructions to Bidders issued by the Owner, and delivered as follows:
