N.C. Commission of Indian Affairs Seat Vacancies
Apply today for the N.C. Commission of Indian Affairs vacant seats for District 1 and / or District 2. Candidates must reside within one of the districts from which the appointment is mandated.
District 1: Tribal Council Districts 1, 2, 3, 9 and 14
District 2: Tribal Council District 4, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 13
The purpose of the N.C. Commission of Indian Affairs is to advocate for (or support and promote) Indian communities, tribes, and organizations, and to bring together local, state, and federal money and other resources that can help. It works with government agencies and other groups.
