(MMIP) Missing and Murdered Indigenous People March and Ceremony on Friday, May 5, 2023

Please mark your calendar to join us for the (MMIP) Missing and Murdered Indigenous People March and Ceremony on Friday, May 5, 2023. Participants will meet at 6:30 pm at the Art Market (Former Shoe Shop) at 104 N. Main in Pembroke, N.C. The march through Pembroke begins at 7:00 pm. The march will end at the Pembroke Park, with the program beginning at 7:30 pm. The event is sponsored by the Lumbee Tribe of N.C. and Native Visions Magazine. It is important that we remember those who are missing or murdered and their families, while also spotlighting this important issue which is impacting all of Indian Country.
