Lumbee Homecoming 2023 Continues with a Day Full of Activities

Tens of thousands of people came to our Lumbee Territory this week for Lumbee Homecoming. It was a wonderful week to celebrate our Tribal Heritage and visit with our families who were home from across the globe. Today the celebration was winding down, but not before an exciting parade, powwow, arts and crafts, some more great food, the swearing in of Senior Ms. Lumbee Edith Jones, games, antique cars and much more. Tonight the festivities continue with the Lumbee film festival, and the fireworks.
