In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Lumbee Tribe staff is participating in “Pink Spirit Week.” Today our staff wore pink socks in honor of those who have walked this journey. National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a time annually devoted to educating everyone about breast cancer — including metastatic breast cancer (MBC) — and the importance of early detection and access to timely, high-quality care.
