Congratulations to our winners of the 2nd Annual Pink Pumpkin contest! The 1st place winner was the Lumbee Tribe Vocational Rehabilitation Department, 2nd place was the Lumbee Tribe Enrollment Department and 3rd Place Winner is Jessica Jones, staff member of the Lumbee Tribe Rehabilitation Department. There were six entries in the contest. Thank you to our judges today from the Public Schools of Robeson County, Shantonia Bullard, Heather Locklear and Tonya Jacobs.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Lumbee Tribe staff is participating in various activities for “Pink Spirit Week.” National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a time annually devoted to educating everyone about breast cancer and the importance of early detection and access to timely, high-quality care.
