Congratulations to Bobby and Rhonda Oxendine who received $10,000 through the Lumbee Tribe Down Payment Assistance program today. The couple plans to follow their dreams as homeowners with a new home in the Maxton community. They are some of the newest Lumbee Tribal members to received the increased down payment assistance after Chairman John L. Lowery amended the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina’s Down Payment Assistance Policy last month.
