Chairman Lowery has made a commitment to supporting and nurturing community artists, elders, and our youth by making a difference for all our Lumbee people. Today he was paid a special visit by some of our Artists Joan Blackwell, Nancy Johnson,and healer Phyllis Jacobs. The visit came with gifts and some good medicine for his journey during these difficult times.
